Here is something for everyone to think about – time!
Time is something that we all have to abide by in our daily activities. It sets the precedence for the start of the workday, when we get to go home, meetings, and other important details. Time helps us to manage our schedules in a way that works for everyone. There are clocks and watches found out there everywhere. Even our cell phones have the time on them due to it being so important.
Time is different for everyone though. For children, time is just an abstract that they don’t really understand. Isn’t until they get older and they can start to read the numbers on the clock do they realize that they will soon see dad pulling in the drive way or it will soon be time for bed. Offering them information on such events can help to make learning to tell time fun for them.
Yet all of us seem to have our own internal clocks that keep track of time for us as well. We may know it is almost noon just because our stomach is rumbling. We may know it is almost 11 pm due to our eyes are barely able to stay open. This is why it can be hard on your body when you travel some place else and there is a time difference.
In the United States and other countries there are several distinct time zones within that country. This is important for you to know if you do business with other locations. You don’t want to call someone at 9 pm or at 6 am because it is 8 am where you live. You also have to be very careful with such time zone changes for those residing in another country who have daylight saving changes.
Time tends to be something we have to focus on more than we want to though. It can be what controls our daily movements and activities. At the end of most days there is more left to get do than the time to do it – this is where a good to do list comes in, a list that you can put the important things you need to accomplish at the top. Take a tip from me, the thing you always put at the bottom of the list, never gets done, so after 2-3 days, either get someone to do it or bin it! Yes that’s right Bin it!
Another tip is to schedule a relaxing afternoon mid week where you can go at your own pace a pace where you won’t have to be watching the time and thinking about all you have left to accomplish.
Life is about enjoying the journey as well as the goal!

P.S. Due to my life changing somewhat over the last couple of months plus taking on 5 new Private Clients I will only be posting 1 blog post per month for the present time. Of course when this changes I will go back to post more frequently.
So Book mark to come back each month!
