Interesting title however, I will make no excuse for it.
As a Business Owner, wishing to increase your bottom line, you need to be reading everying you can get your hands on about Sales and Marketing and devour it.
Now I know what you’re going to say “Who is this guy telling us what to do I don’t have time to read he must be crazy, has he seen my schedule?”
My response is “So What? Make time” for every book you don’t devour on the subject you are losing money, because you must sure as night follows day, get to understand your customers more.
Look, I know for a fact that people who succeed in business read everything they can lay their hands on when it comes to Sales and Marketing and Business. It is like building a house, you must lay solid foundations and then brick by brick, build the house.
If you don’t have solid foundations the house will fall.
